Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS)

In accordance with Act LVII of 2015 on energy efficiency, energy efficiency plays a key role in our company: the energy efficiency obligation system.

Working closely with our parent company, we strive to optimize energy consumption and avoid energy waste.

The issue of energy efficiency affects everyone, as optimal energy use can save us significant amounts of money on the one hand, and on the other hand, we can do a lot to protect our environment in the long term.

Energy efficiency begins with small changes:

  • It is worth turning off lights that are not currently in use in our homes.
  • If we are not at home, moderate heating is sufficient,
  • It is worth replacing outdated, old equipment with more modern equipment that uses significantly less energy during operation,
  • At workplaces and institutions, it is worth automating lighting and programming heating for the time spent there,
  • It is worth replacing old windows and doors with ones that insulate well,
  • To avoid significant heat loss, it is worth insulating ceilings and facades in buildings, and in industry, any surface where heat loss can occur: water/steam/gas pipes and other equipment.

At our company, Tímea Bányainé Rónai is dedicated to handling issues related to EEOS.
